To ensure smooth operations, focused leadership, and local relevance, Galaxy Network International (GNI) will be organized into five strategic zones:

GNI Central (Head Office)
This is the Core Leadership and Administrative Hub of GNI.
Responsible for:

1. Strategic planning and expansion
2. Brand guidelines and policy implementation
3. Member training & standards
4. Technology and platform development
5. Overseeing all zonal activities
6. GNI Central acts as the backbone of the organization, ensuring all zones stay aligned with our mission and values.

GNI North | GNI South | GNI East | GNI West
Each of these regional zones will operate independently under the guidance of GNI Central but will:

1. Handle area zone development
2. Conduct weekly meetings
3. Onboard new members and business categories
4. Organize zonal networking events
5. Coordinate with local entrepreneurs and institutions
6. Promote referral growth within their region

• Each zone will have:
  Zonal Director/Lead
• Support team for membership, event planning, training, and PR
  This regional breakdown encourages local leadership, faster communication, and stronger community building within each area.
